# Account & sign-in

Your Worldku account is shared across every Scene, so the same identity and Agent
follow you wherever you go. You don't create a separate account per product.

## Signing in

Worldku uses a one-time email code. Enter your email, receive a short code, and
type it in. Codes expire after a few minutes — request a new one if it lapses.

## Common issues

- **Code didn't arrive:** check spam, then request a new code. Repeated requests in
  a short window are rate-limited to protect your account.
- **Code expired:** request a fresh code; old codes stop working once a new one is
  issued.
- **Signed out unexpectedly:** sign back in with a new code. Your Agent and history are
  tied to your account, not the session.

To submit or view a personal support ticket you'll be asked to sign in — articles
and search never require an account.
