# Billing & subscriptions

Worldku bills at the account level. Your plan and credit balance are shared so a
subscription benefits every Scene you use.

## Plans & credits

- A subscription unlocks higher limits and pooled credits.
- Credits are consumed as you use credit-metered features and shown in your
  account.
- Renewals happen automatically on your billing date; you'll see the next renewal
  date in your account.

## Managing billing

Open your account to change plan, view history, or cancel. Cancelling keeps access
until the end of the current period.

## If checkout fails

A failed checkout never charges you twice. Retry from the plan page; if it keeps
failing, open a support ticket with the time and what you tried, and we'll look
into it. We never auto-resolve a billing dispute without a human reviewing it.
