Worldku bills at the account level. Your plan and credit balance are shared so a subscription benefits every Scene you use.

Plans & credits

• A subscription unlocks higher limits and pooled credits.
• Credits are consumed as you use credit-metered features and shown in your account.
• Renewals happen automatically on your billing date; you'll see the next renewal date in your account.

Managing billing

Open your account to change plan, view history, or cancel. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period.

If checkout fails

A failed checkout never charges you twice. Retry from the plan page; if it keeps failing, open a support ticket with the time and what you tried, and we'll look into it. We never auto-resolve a billing dispute without a human reviewing it.
