Export & delete your data
Updated 2026-06-26 · Owner: platform
Your data is yours. You can download a copy of everything Worldku holds about you, and you can delete your account whenever you want. This page explains where each export lives and how deletion works.
Where your data lives
Worldku is one account across every app (Scene). Your data is exported by the part of Worldku that holds it — so there are two places to download from, and together they give you everything:
- Your Worldku account — the data shared across every app: your profile, your Agent (your evolving companion), your chats and memory, and your billing history. Export it from your account page.
- Each app — the data specific to that one app (for example, the places you've discovered in a travel app). Export it from that app's own settings.
How to export your account data
- Go to your account at worldku.com and sign in.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Under Data, choose Export data.
You'll get a single JSON file containing your account, your Agent, your chats, your memory, and your billing history. JSON is a plain, portable format other services can read.
How to export an app's data
Each app has the same entry. Open that app's Settings → Account → Export data to download the data that app holds, and you'll also find a link back to your Worldku account export for everything else.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account schedules removal of your data on a 30-day timer that you can cancel any time within the window — so an accidental click is never final. Start it from Settings → Account → Delete account. After the 30 days, your account and its data are removed.
Good to know
- The export and the delete controls live behind sign-in, on your account — this help center can point you to them, but it never holds your data itself.
- Exporting your data doesn't change or delete anything; it just gives you a copy.
- Need help? Open a support ticket from the help center and we'll assist.
